Having been in a few mk4's with cheap ebay coilies,the difference is night and day between mine(mine are only middle of the range aswell).

Usually no but with the Weitec Hicon GT coilovers being on special with us at £390.39 all in, I think the ride quality is superb on them and a fair bit under £500.

mine was lowered by 30mm now everytime i go over speed blocks the car scrapes along them

I'm normally down about 65mm and speed bumps do require a special technique to drive over,at the moment it's wound up 45mm from my last visit to r-tech arse down and nose high is a bad look :laugh:
