If your not wanting to go low then a good springs and shocks kit is your best option, maybe a 40mm or 50mm drop.

I've been in BaV's car and he has coilovers basically as low as they can go without rubbing and the ride is more comfortable than my standard springs and shocks!

Do the KW kit 50mm from Dameian, its a decent bit of kit!  :smiley:

Right the main problem with people buying coilovers and complaining about the ride quality is cheap coilovers.Can you expect to get anywhere near decent ride quality for less than £500? I doubt it.

Unless you have a budget over that or can get some cheap with low mileage from a friend,stay away.
Having been in a few mk4's with cheap ebay coilies,the difference is night and day between mine(mine are only middle of the range aswell).
