Can anyone tell me what is the best for lowering my car..Coilover's or springs?

Depends on how low you want to go and if you want to be able to adjust the height

you will get a harsher ride with coil's. But there better on a track!

Ive done a shock and spring kit (KW) 50mm which is tidy.

I'd say up to 40mm get springs any more get coilovers

ive just dropp'd mine 35'mm and it looks sweet  and rides lovelly   my mate chuck'd coilovers on his and its like being on a  fairground ride   i acctually felt sick when i got out   but its tottally up 2 u
