Ava: The Warranty Lady Manager is at the VW dealership. The body shop is a separate business, owned by a very attractive lady. I think Lady Luck is smiling profusely! :smiley:

This is a given. Will be sometime in June when Glasgow gets its summer sunshine. Will be staying at Langs. Love it there.

 :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Just picked up my car - Wahooo!!!
Only issue was the address was wrong on the thing from the dealer to the DVLA for the log book. Main worry was if we were covered to drive the car home and then going forward for my wife to drive to work etc week days as she's going to be it's main user. Dealer sorted it by putting us on their insurance to get the car home and until we check with our own insurance. Was also worried about the address and the people who would unexpectedly get a log book for our new car. Dealer actually called around to their house to advise what had gone on but was also going to call the DVLA to sort it out hopefully before it's printed and sent off - so all boxed off.

The DVLA will change it no probs.
I remember when I bought my first car, my dad went as guarantor and the garage put the car details all in his name!!
I just sent the DVLA a letter and it was sorted within a few days all changed back to me.
