Good news. My build week has been confirmed!  :laugh:

It's been pushed back from BW9 to BW11 but at least it's confirmed now. Delivery will be april 15. I can almost smell the new-car now!  :tongue:

I've also changed my spec to 3-door and reflex silver.

Nice one!  -  I'm BW 9 so, apparently, happening now  -  delivery for you on 15 April....I wonder if that means I'm definitely 1 April. I wanted, a couple of weeks ago, to change from 3 to 5 door but my delaer said too late and that my BW was fixed  -  when did you change your spec?

the dealer did tell me at week 7 that I could have changed the spec up to about week 5. I'm ok about getting the
3 dr. We've got a bigger, more family-type car.

been on phone with dealer and good news the car in docks now awating shipment  :smiley:
now about gap insurance they quoted £480 for 3 years is this good or bad ? gap plus he called it
dunno much about this as this is my first mew car ive bought  :laugh:

Do a search there has been a few posts on this latley and a few internet companys recomended at around half to a third that price.

Yep, I got a `return to invoice` quote for £205 off an internet company, with max claim of 25k.
Thing is, check with your insurance company, I did with mine - Brentacre - and they told me that Highway (who I`m really insured with) replace like for like on new cars for the first year, so I`m thinking that I dont need gap cover till after then.

Ala were one of the cheapest with me.
You can also get 10% off if you go via Quidco, plus I'm sure they used to offer voucher codes so maybe worthwhile searching the voucher websites.
