My new build number is 6057** so it is ahead of your 608***.

Maybe Golf R's are on a differet number sequence ! or they have forgotten about you !

Update for you chaps.  Car is in the UK, will be delivered to me back end of next week.  Once I received, checked, double checked, and informed VW of how chronicly shocking they have been , I will post some photos.

6 months, 9 days from ordering to delivery.  Now that cant be right can it?

Just hope its worth the wait.

Told yesterday my [not confirmed] BW is now 22 - and it could get pushed further back!!!!!!!!!

Had confirmation from the dealer that my car has been built and is awaiting shipment.

He says it should be with by the end of March

Just took the Mk5 in for valuation today ready for it's trade in. Mk6 - about 2\3 weeks away!!!!!
It's dropped like a stone since valued last Oct & order put in (it's about a £1500 drop which was a shock -guess it's the new reg out).

Ok it's going to be the wifes car but I'm going to have a play with first!!!!
