hello, is it easy to change a c.v joint on a 97 gti. i cant find a discription in the haynes manual?

If you serch "cv joint" you should find loads of info.

+ it is in haynes im doing it right now, if its a gti you will poss need a puller

Its a facking nightmare but can be done without a puller and with lots and lots of swearing.

If memory serves it's in the driveshaft bit.

if you cant find it ill look inabit but, +1 its in driveshaft section, near the tranny+ steering/brake sections i think,
We realy shouldnt have such a knowledge of haynes layouts.
