gonna try this  good idea?

another thing is i guess i cant use the rear towing thing anymore also if u have the towing eye cap on it then u get a big bulge!!!! and theres only one 10mm bolt holdign it down underneath is that ok

not sure if you did it this way but clip the corners in first and then clip in the rest of the valence

Also nadlad i have the rear towing cap on mine and i dont think its that noticable

well i got this sorted took bumper off and noticed that the last two lugs on either side seem to slide out so what i did was cut a tiny bit off my old valence and jammed it in sorted now looks oem

well i failed  :sad: tryed clipping in the corners first but didnt work so i've come to the conclusion that all it needs is for another hole to be drilled and an extra screw to be added just to hold it in place. Will have to wait now its getting dark!

Mike take your bumper off and do it mate. Me and Nad got it done it that way, its the lugs that just dont hold thereself so we cut small pieces of plastic to wedge underneath = No screws/damage. If the valance ever needs removing again, it will pull off, install will require bumper off again.

Weather was crap today mate ! Give the trimmers an email with some pics about your seats

So wedge plastic underneath the lugs? Wont it fall out?

I had same problem. They are tight for a reason tho.I managed to leaver mine in with a screwdriver. Otherwise the best bet is bumper off and you'll be able to bend the bumper enough to fit it. Bloody vdubs hey!. You gotta love um tho! LOL :grin:

na we used a screwdriver flat head to pull the lugs up and over if u see what i mean and then cut the old lugs of the old valence and jammed it in tight there no way there gonna fall out coz there under so much pressure....
