How do you remove these bushes?

How do you remove the 2 bushes either end of the front subframe?

They are wrapped around a metal tube, with a metal ring on either end.

I need to remove them as i want to get the subframe powder coated, then replace with powerflex bushes.

I sprayed it with hammerite, but its just not good enough i dont think.

Only a guess but if they are like the Audi ones then cut down through them with a hacksaw or burn them out.
