Just be VERY CAREFUL. There are some VW stealers who are NOT changing the DSG fluid correctly - and this can have serious long-term issues. You need to ask them to be very specific on how they change the fluid, and ask them to SHOW you the special tool.
Mines getting a new mechatronics unit on Monday under warranty, and the DSG fluid is changed as part of this.

Can you be more specific on what to ask them about how to change the DSG fluid ?
