the black looks very smart. the ickle cute red line around the outside is a nice touch, would compliment the red line on the front grill of a Mk5 or Mk6 I think

you know I always wondered if you're putting tyres on (well actually I wouldn't know cos I've never done it before and probably not likely to) if you're balancing the wheel to make sure it doesn't wobble around everywhere, where do the wheel-weights go? do they go on the back or something? or does it not need them somehow? reason i wonder is all other wheels i've seen there is the little rim that pokes out a bit and i think that is where the little weight clips on, but no such thing on these Monzas.  :undecided:

You need to ask the tyre fitter to use weights that are stuck on.  These get placed on the back of the wheel that will not be visible.

They get stuck on to the rear of the alloy wheels.
Its not just Monzas, that goes for all alloy wheels.

on my current car that has alloys they are just on the [visible] outside of the wheel, although the original ones that came with the car were kind of tiny electrical fuse size weights (less noticeable), but when i had the front tyres changed, the tyre fitter used some what appear to be standard-ish plastic ones or something which are are a bit thinner but wider. i guess i wasn't too bothered that the weights were visible on my cheapo runaround, i guess the tyre dude might do it on purpose to show the customers they have actually balanced the wheel. on nicer alloys like the Monzas, it would certainly ruin the beautiful lines
