Build week 42 for me ( this week I think )

Delivery about 4 weeks time

Mk6 GTi - returned to leasing company after 3 great years and replaced with :

Mk5 GTi - Edition 30 - Revo 1 and some tweaks - 310 bhp. Its a better car than the Mk6  - Now sold and replaced with :

Mk6 R - Rising Blue 5 Door. Won't be standard 270bhp for long

Family Car : Mercedes ML420 with 360 bhp
Looking at Porsche Macan as replacement

Called VW first of all, to me it doesnt look like they can do much tracking on the car when it hits the UK. They just gave me the exact same info as last week, maybe its not moved yet, thats why ?

Anyway, called my dealer, just waiting on a call back as the guy is busy at the moment.

Woohoo, just off the phone with my dealer, it will be with him today, he will valet and PDI it and have the car turned round in a day for me. Just need to fax off finance once the car comes in and get him all paid up. Should have the car in the next 2 days or so I rekon.  :smiley:

Yeah it is, I'm totally buzzing here. Might take Thurs/Fri off on holiday   :grin: Anyway, the dealer is gonna call me again once it arrives and gets registration sorted. Because I got my car registered to me but the deal done through the work its a bit tricky with paperwork so I hope it doesnt hold me up any. Pics will be up as soon as I get my paws on  :smiley:
