VW Golf is the commonest car in Europe.
Many have owned one, most of those (in their hearts) would have liked to own the gti version.

I find people just have a mild respect for GTI drivers, no bad thing.
We get let out at junctions, no one really bothers racing you, they don't get scratched too often, but they have the road presence to allow for rapid and smooth progress.

That's about what I am experiencing here in France. I just completely ignore them, as if I were driving a Veyron...

That's about what I am experiencing here in France. I just completely ignore them, as if I were driving a Veyron...

glad its not just me then!  most of the time i do ignore them, unless i'm in the mood then i'll teach them a lesson  :cool:  :grin:

I was wondering since the GTI can be construed as a sports car, do you folks think putting on racing stripes would make it really nice like the Mini or like Mustangs?
