Quite possibly! although Im not really liking the attention the car is getting at the moment.. 3 guys in hooded tops and ballys stood around my car at 3 in the morning

Agreed. I try to make sure 'hoody types' aren't following me when I pull into the drive... just in case.

As for the GTI mats, I found these for €100 on VW's German site. I'd like to see a picture of what they look like in the car, though: they look very slightly cheesy to me (please convince me otherwise, so I have an excuse to spend some more dosh on my car )

Very nice car, Radek. Now I know what mine would have looked like if I'd stuck with the Monza wheels. As for the red piping on the mats, however appealing it might sound in theory, I reckon it would look tacky. Could be mistaken, though, I'd like to see a set...
