does the light inside the hazard switch come on with the dash lights? if not check the earth to the switch.  also while you're there, check pin 30 is live, this is fed from fuse #4, so check that too :)

if all that looks ok id say its the switch thats duff

the light inside the switch comes on with the dash lights but the light in the switch goes out when u press the switch, to get the hazards to work u have to put the indicators on then press the hazard switch. the fuse is fine aswell

i read through that and followed by checking the pins, i get 12v thru pin 30, and only 4.5v thru pin 15 with the ign on and nothing through the pins, also when i press the hazard switch on and put the indicator on at the same time for them to work the indicator light on the clocks dont flash but the hazard switch light does

follow the wires back and you should find a huge multi connector near the fusebox, have a fiddle with this :)
