Yup straight swap, no fuss :)  Hardest part is getting it off the gearbox end as you have to compress the spring, but by the looks of it you have the plastic bit still attached for the purpose (alot of people just rip it off completely).

You need to get the plastic rain tray out, release the gearbox end then unhook from the pedal and pull the lot out into the engine bay, easy :)

Refit the new one the same way, adusting it so you have about 10 - 12mm free play at the pedal end, although you can adjust the biting point to your preference as long as you have some slack.  Too tight and you can wear the cable and bugger your clutch ;)
