My alloys - opinions please

Hi Guys,

I recently purchased my Gti Mk3 8v and it came with these wheels.......they are Boss 17inch alloys and although I'm vaguely familiar with the make they are just not my cup of tea.....what do you guys think?.....am I just being a plonker or should i go for some BBS VR6 ones i'm currently craving for?...opinons please.

lower it mate, car completly changes then!

i used to love 5 spoke rims way back in the days, but dnt really like them anymore, although that said once u lower the car it will change the whole car.

Just seen another black GTi with the same alloys!!!!....definately going to get rid!!!.....lowering is on the to do list....about 40mm I was thinking?.....don't want to go too low as its speed bump central around Lincoln centre!!! cheers for the input peeps!
