Problem cold start????

Hi all this new to me. Any help is much appreciated.
 I have a mk4 1.8 gti 20v,
The prblem is on cold start takes a very long time to fire and sounds quite rough, Once running and warmed up she's fine. Slight rattle on top end when running also.

Hi welcome to the site, how long have you had the car, when was it last serviced?

Hi ive had the car 2 days and not sure on last service.
When starting the oil light does flash with a beep but goes off when started.

Yes I would start by giving it a good service plugs, air filter oil and filter etc.

That is on cards just wondered if was a simple solution or not, Checked all other posts and they all lead to a coil pack......Is this just leads plugs etc???
