Danny, its gradually got worse over time ( like 2 years ) and been advised not to drive to much incase the lifter goes completely and takes out the camshaft lobe

as said they think its 2 if not 3 in one area ( but noise travels )

A8quat - i dont think the cams are damaged, i just dont want a failure of a lifter lifting to lobe damage - and as per Khare, if a medical condition alllowed, trust me i would be doing it mesen - as i do with 95 % of other jobs I do on mine and other cars / bikes.
