streched tyres on 6j rim

ok so views on strecthed tyres on a 6x15 rim? think it would look too small? maybe a 165/55 tyre? :undecided:

tbh if your rim is only 6j, there really is no point in having stretch. The whole point of it is to give some extra clearance.

Just stick to a nice 195 tyre dude!  :cool:

same again, you want like a 9J wheel to get some nice stretch. mine are 7.5J and i have a straight wall, if not slightly stretched. running 195/45/16.

can someone tell what the "j" means please. My wheels are 205/8" so are they 7j?

I would go for something smaller than 195/50/15 if you are concerned about the look. Maybe a 45 or 40. As 195/50/15 does look pretty tractor ish.

The J number is the width of the rim, so if you have 8 inch wide rims they will be 8J.

i should of said i was thinking of this because i was thinking of whacking some decent sized spacers on the back.. :undecided:

i mean ive seen strecthed tyres on a 6j d90..
