Mk2 - What size speakers front and rear?

Having exhausted the search function and not yet being a 100% sure of the speaker sizes, please can someone confirm the OEM speaker sizes in the Mk2?

 - Front - 5"
 - Rear 6" x 4"


Also, do i need to be aware of any mounting depth issues or anything else? I'll be amping the speakers up, so i'd like to install some fairly hefty woofers if i can.

doors = 5.25"

Nice one bud, didn't even realise that there were speakers in the dash... car is at work at the moment, so i can't even go and see for myself!

I take it the best aftermarket solution is to replace the entire front set up with some components - mids in doors and tweeters in dash?
