Has anyone ever had the MRC custom remap? Thinking of having mine done and the precats gutted at the same time.

But the MRC issue - I don't recall anyone with the 2.0TFSI lump having an MRC map. I thought they specialised in the older 5-valve stuff with big turbos!

Been "over here" for a couple of years with my everyday car and "over there" for 5½ years with the toy...which has sadly now been sold!!
Mihnea & Doug remap any VAG car but obviously specialise in the 4-ring variety. One of Mihnea's projects is a 996 with 700brake and Doug is currently rebuilding his S4 with 800!
Given their care and attention, I think I'll trust the Golf to them!
