Honda CTR = bomb proof.

1.8 T's can be very tempremental indeed. :(

I'd still pick a Mk4 over a CTR, though! ;)

Totall agree with the bomb proof statement, although i would hve the CTR over the Mk4 golf every time. In saying that i do like my golf, just think the CTR is better :)

why are you driving a Golf then? :undecided:

I needed the money, having a wife and 2 kids. My money is as easy to keep as trying to catch water pouring through a seive :)
I wanted a fun car but at half the price so got a 1.8T.

They all have annoying little faults I did like my MK4 though only major thing I had to do was 2 front wheel bearings and front wishbones.
Golf SOLD. Replaced with a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad and loving it. This will be replaced in August with a Raptor 700. Sold the quad now got a Vectra GSI 2.5 V6 and its the nuts.

The KO4 wasn't found in any Golf, it's originally from the Mk1 S3 & Mk1 Cupra R. ;)

Ive had my AUM for 3 and a half yrs the longest ive ever kept a car lol so that says something normally i get bored really quickly but not with the golf as already mentioned you do get some faults from time to time but what car doesnt at some point! pretty much all faults can be sorted very quickly and at not a great cost and not to mention the tunablity of the engine good solid car and fun!
