while im here my interia has seen better days and i really need to change it..

While at the scrappy at the weekend i found a mk4 with really nice seat.

Do they fit the mk3 and if not hhow much work is involved to make them fit?

I was thinking of a steering wheel swap aswell with airbag from the same mk4.

are they a simple swap with the same electrics for the airbag??

Why the fook would you wanna put 18's on a Mk3? 16's are more than enough, 17's can look good.. but 18's? Seriously

No, Mk4 seats will not fit, unless you weld the correct mounts onto the floorpan iirc

Not sure how much work is involved fitting a Mk4 steering wheel but I think it is quite a tricky job, try and track one down from a 3.5 cabby

18's will make the car drive shi7e!! and looks bad too!
seats would need mk3 subframes welding to them
mk4 will not fit easily (you'd need to modify the wiring quite a bit) but as said the mk3.5 (mk4 cabrio) wheel is a direct fit

On 18's you will need 35 profile or even 30 if you want to go as wide as poss (215)

So being sensible "wildest" you can go is 215 wide tyres on 17x8 wheels.
