Yes look under the car and where the wishbone mounts jack it there (not on the wishbone), I always do it that way.

He means jack on the subframe mount. You can use an axle stand on the subframe as well.
Never jack on the car body, jacking point, sills, without using a piece of wood.

yeh just jack from the front cross member (near the front engine mount) with a piece of wood (to make it go higher and plus you dont want the jack plate/cup to dig into the cross member - has happen to me on another car,not funny lol) and put the axel stands where the subframe mounts the chassis rails...
