You could always look in the yellow pages or do a google search for a local company who make you a stainless system to meet your requirements. Probalbly would not cost much more than a off the shelf system and you get exctly what you want.

 I agree, had one on my last mk2, was a sweet fit, but one word of advice if they ask you what sound you want dont got for the loud "sport" as it is too loud, that was my mistake!

Have you thought about a genuine system? I think the "longlife" is stainless, not saying they still make it though :wink:

Longlife are stainless custom so should still make them.

Sorry, i meant VW make/made an exhaust that was a longlife option or something like that, but it was stainless. I don't mean the custom people

Ah right, sorry, i would imagine that they dont have them anymore, i am sure i have seen this type of post before where someone wanted a standard look exhaust.

Ah, that confused me, I tried Googling longlife, and came up with nothing of any significance,  will try VW in the morning to see if they're still available, would be great to stay O/E...

These are the custom people have a look, it says about design and being able to get close to O.E styles.
