Hi its a 16v the pully must of turned on the end of the crank as the timing was out again, i didnt think there was that much strain on the belt to move it as i did it up very tight last time. the engine is now out and waiting for the new bearings to put the other crank in so i take it it will be ok to leave the key out as long as the bolt is done up to 210nm then. im just worried about it happerning again. thanks for the help
