Lose as much weight from the car as possible.
Get the handling and brakes sorted, sorting the handling will make you faster cheaper than engine mods.
Panel filter and drilled airbox will give you a few hp.
Aftermarket cat back exhaust might free up a couple of hp and will save you weight.
De-cat pipe may give you a couple of hp but you will need a cat to pass your mot.
Decent remap to suit your mods.
Lightened and balanced flywheel.
Polished and ported throttle body will give you a couple of extra hp, too much and it could make the car jerky.
Cams will work well but best used with a ported and polished head.
Match porting your inlet and exhaust manifolds will be next.
Throttle bodies and management.
According to some info from Ess Three on here before he did some dyno comparisons and:
Airbox mod and throttle body porting were worth a few hp each.
Exhaust and decat both made no real differance.
Lightened and balanced flywheel felt like a 30hp increase.
