While banging my head against the wall

I regurly have to resort to this sort of self harm due to the pain my VW puts me through, Id rather bash all my teeth out on the corner of this desk than think about how much ive spent on it.

Now, As i walk through town i saw a car (typical jap crap) It was silver, With a black spoiler, Black rims and a Black lip kit, As soon as i saw it my girlfriend knew what was going through my mind and grabbed me shoting "no your not painting your car like that"

A few mins later a supra walked past, You could hear the turbo, Again she looked at me and goes "no your not gonna turbo your motor!"

Later on i was looking in a Auto traider and saw a 16V for sale for ?900 and heard a voice in my head "NO YOUR NOT BUYING A 16V and carrying your mods accross.

Anyway, Where is all this leading too i hear you ask?

No ware, I just wanted to waist exactally 89 seconds of your life  


On a serious note tho, Heres a question for you, Your sitting in your dub, And you have ?1000 in your hands to spend on ANYTHING, BUT it must be VW related. What would it be?

Example, "If i had ?1000 id have a total respray of the entire car, And have the doors replaced as there all dented."

hmmmm, good question fielder.

touch wood my car is A1 at the moment,
so there are no repairs i would do.

so i could spend the whole 1k on the dub.

id get my a-s-s down the scrappy and buy a 9A block to put in the ol girl,
with a bit of fettling these engines can be on the interesting side of 170bhp,

all can be done and fitted for 1k

oh yeh with the change id buy some M3 style rear lights.

job done

and i'd have the wheels refurbished  ?140

hhhmmm... with a grand in my pocket i would be on the hunt for a mk1 that needs a little love..... get it home and strip it out, drivers seat, roll cage etc.... nice 1.8 lump with twin webbers......drool....
