what i meant was - town, motorway driving, A Roads, B Roads

Mostly in town, get around 280miles per tank in which 100 miles are on motorway

and then vag-com stopped running for some reason, can this be reason for low mileage???

get the sensor changed ASAP

if your temperature is not reading correctly the ECU will adjust by increasing / decreasing the amount of fuel / air etc etc

new sensor is about £20 from VW
