Get a pannel filter and drill the air box (I.e drill big ish holes on the BOTTOM section of your air box)The problem with a Induction kit is it is open, prone to heat soak. If you relly want an induction kit go for a closed type but they can cost £$£$ EDIT: Mikester is too fast for me

Drilling airbox was an idea though up by someone who couldnt afford an induction kit.Heat soke was made up by non gti owners.I'll get my coat. lol
heat soak doesnt worry me as can make a stainless cover for it at workjust miss the sound of an induction kit after listening to a 306hdi knocking for 18 monthsfirst golf and loving it
