Elecrics is my achilles heal so here goes.
My restoration of a mk 1 is now getting cosmetic . Whilst connecting the stereo is the earth connected to the Arial? The ariel seems to have been put down in the frame out of sight. It maybe the guy kept his cassette only due to idiots with the arial etc.
Now i am wondering where the earth cable could connect.
Obviously on the vehicle.
have any of you others done away with the arial or kept it?
