  tha prat i bought my car stereo off has told me (now that ist has arrived) that he doesnt have the security code. Took it for de-coding and it would cost 45 quid!!! Is there any way to get the code's off the net or something like that... Its a sony cdx-m800 i think. the black flip down 800 model. Thanks

thanks mate. doesn't matter now. called halfords and complained to the manager that i bought it from there and they never told me to keep the code when they done the free fitting!!! That along with more b*ll*cks and they got onto sony who provided a list of codes. One worked eventually. What fools halfords are!!
