They can take it, 1% is more of a risk than i will take for me and my girlfriend.

That's fair enough, can't fault you for that.

There's always at least two cars at our house each night so I generally put mine in driveway first (as it's the most likely to be nicked ) so it's always blocked in. So unless the thieves fancy rearranging cars in the middle of the night to get the GTI out or stealing both cars, that's up to them. I'm just not going to make it easy for them.

well its gone, simple some little c*nt is in my car, i hope he dies for coming into our home.

thanks for support people and on a serious note the car isnt the problem for me, the fact some prick came into our home and made my girlfriend feel unsafe is what is boiling my blood. They also took my wallet and mum and dads house keys... which at 3pm today the garage was broken into.

I have worked all my life to get to a point in which i can afford something for myself... just to have it taken away by some no mark scruffy piece of sh*t

i will be spending the rest of my easter (im a teacher) with Mr Jack Daniels

Its the complete invasion of your private space that is the most strenuous part I guess. The fact that your belongings were taken does top it off, but knowing that someone has been going through your own private stuff in your private place is also quite shocking.
True though, you work your backside off to save some money (I know I did!) and treat yourself to a nice car etc, and some little prick decides to just come and take it.

I was wondering that as well.  Only thing I can come up with is that they know you?
