Picks are now in gallery, awaiting approval.

Sorry to see the mess that those d*ck heads have made to your motor. I hate it when people are prepared to cause greater value in damage than they're actually going to steal. Especially when you have nuffin' on show like in your case.

Darren.

Bloody hell Simon , i just looked at the pics, what was the point of that?
I totally agree with you about the housing policy.
Where ever we go now, there is scum.
Unfortunately buying a 200k house is no guarantee anymore, some scum could still be living next door to you, as they would have probably bought their council house years ago, sold it for huge profit, and bought a house in a 'nice' area.
I hope the new area i'm moving to won't be too bad, as its not as nice as where i am now  :-\

My new house is gonna be camera'd up to the 9's and has a private driveway instead of a parking courtyard (like my current house does).

I did think about putting cameras up to cover the driveway at my current house but I'm moving in 8 weeks, and probably won't have my GTi back for two, so there really isn't much point.

I went through the thought process yesterday of

"F*ck it, get rid of the GTi and get an anonymous Ford Focus or something that no-one will bother looking twice at".

That lasted all of two minutes, then I drove mine to the Bodyshop, and blew loads of cars away on the way and thought

"I'll be buggered if some chav sh!tbag is gonna dictate what car I get, stick with speed!!!"

aaaargh!  That's one incredible mess!

Get a garage next time mate.

I always feel confident putting my car away at night in her little home that no harm will come to her.

Get a garage next time mate.

I've got one mate, and the wife's car goes in there - I'd rather it was my car that was attacked rather than hers, as mine is covered under the company insurance, so no worries about excess and no claims etc.

Judging by how motivated they were to get in, if it was in a garage they probably would have broken into it to get to the car and not only would I then have a f*cked garage door to deal with, but that would have given them somewhere to shelter and continue with their destructive work, and I probably would have ended up loosing my stereo gear too.

No matter what you do mate (short of taking the car in to your house and sleeping in it) if they want you car or its contents, the scummers will have it.

Right there S11EPS - my Mi 16 was in my locked garage, they broke in and as car was being repaired it wasnt locked/alarmed, but they ripped out the whole stereo system except the 12" sub that they coulnt get at, but drivered it. And i mean ripped, destroyed the centre console and part of the dash, broke the drivers seat etc.

Sorry to hear about the t0ssers doing that to your motor, it winds you up when you see stuff like this even when it's not your car, I reckon we sould be able to shoot the b'stards. Never seen a door skin as shagged as that though, what were they thinking, they were deffo amatuers just by looking at the mess. Hope it all gets sorted soon.  :)
