Name one other person on the forum this happened to?  I've never seen anyone mention it before mate.

I've had one go Bob, but the wheel was under the car so saved it hitting the floor - I was changing a flat at the roadside BTW, not at home.

cheers , yeah i was just getin it to a stage were i was happy to look at it.
now drivin a golf 1.9 tdi 90bhp ... time to rack up them miles!! as my daily

cheers , yeah i was just getin it to a stage were i was happy to look at it.

The jack in a car is only ever supposed to be used for quick wheel changes! Who does work with their car using one  :shocked:
