It says in every manual of every car i have ever owned!

Gutted for the guy and clearly he didnt do it on purpose but....

No need to be perfect, even my mum knows a jack that comes with the car is dangerous to use for too long!

Im sure someone did but i didnt.

Even a trolley jack should not be used to hold the car up though, axle stands are a must!

I would never go under a car with just a jack, the guy is lucky he wasnt injured. £500 is not very much if you think about how bad it could have been!

500 is still alot to me, but yeah i ahve seen that it could of been so much worse. and axel stands are on order allready and a decent trolly jack also.   just hit me where it hurts at the wrong time
