I wouldn't say they make the exhaust sound louder as such, i find they just give a louder more "tinny" sound from the front end, which isn't all that nice tbh. That said, i've still fitted one to mine

Ahhh I heard it could be a bit tinnier
We'll have to wait and see!

At the end of the day-
Priority 1 is to increase the performance of the car
Making a scene can be priority 2

Yeah I have

With regards to the noise- it is noticeably more 'metallic' but not to the point where it sounds bad in my opinion. Not really any louder :)

The car definately pulls a bit harder and is a lot more responsive to throttle inputs I thought.

I'm glad I fitted the wrap to it because I know I'd be sat here wishing I had done it otherwise.

So overall I'm very pleased with it :)

If you do go for the wrap and paint it, be prepared for the fact it smells horrific whilst the paint cures!

Paint the wrap, or the exhaust under the wrap?

I've painted exhausts before now using VHT paint.  Never seemed to smell too bad and was always over-powered by the stench of the drying wrap put over it!
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

The paint was on the wrap and maybe a 15cm stretch of the exhaust behind it.

What ever caused it, it smelt bad!

Seemed ok today though :)
