Do you really want to go around with ten grand in your pocket?

get it in £100s and it's hardly a pile at all.

£100's?  Surely you know that proper money in England only goes up to £50's!   We don't have Monopoly money in circulation down here

I would be weary of the seller, as he said he will meet you half way.
Me and another guy at work have been investigating a bloke who swapped 2 transits and £5k for a newer van, turned out to be stolen, and running on false plates anyway, the guy he bought it off met him at a supermarket carpark.
I would reccomend going to the persons house, and also 'accidentaly' go to the neighbours house, and when they say wrong house, ask how long the seller have lived there ( a lot of scammers rent a place for a couple of weeks, then move on!)

Report out today by Parkers is that New cars are now CHEAPER than used. It won't last long, but if you can find a bargain Used GTi out there, its worth grabbing with both hands!

But no... don't go SEAT, just be patient :)
