FINALIZE MY SPENDING?

In three weeks im going to have around 1,000 to spend on my 1.8t, at the moment my car is 193bhp from a stage 1 remap.

Its the ARZ engine so runs off the ko3.

I want to upgrade to the ko3s turbo to get to around 240-250bhp. I have read alot of threads about this but i just want to finalize things
before i start spending.

If i buy a ko3s will it bolt straight onto my existing manifold?
Can i run it off standard injectors?

I am going to be purchasing a front mount intercooler at the same time as the turbo. Is there anything else i need apart from a remap w
when i have installed the turbo and intercooler?

Fmic milltek turbo back and cai got 220 and 256lbft torque

would the ko4 run off standard injectors?

u will need oil and water lines ,manifold,k04 turbo ,modified downpipe ,tt injectors and turbo inlet pipe ,3" maf

hybrid turbo ,downpipe,cat back exhaust,after market DV ,silicone TIP ,induction kit ,fmic and a custom remap  will get u around 280bhp ... jus to get the k03 hybrid turbo will cost u back near 1k ! 1k to spend on to gain performance is not that much especially to get over 240bhp mark ...

Stick with the ko3s for the grand mate. I'd get the turbo, forge tip, fmic, and remap. I've just done this and got 220bhp with a small issue. Goes well though you will be suprised. If i decide i want more power i will invest in another ko3s to hybrid which can then be bolted straight on. 250 is a tough figure you either have to settle for less or spend a lot for not much more, or spend loads for BT and new manifold etc..

have a look at Bav's build hes got some nice figs and has pretty much the same set up as above
