they said that when the vehicle is "static" ie no moving the wings are load tested , if it passes those tests in the eyes of the rule makers its legal , Red bulls you can see clearly flexing , its interesting to watch , the Ferraris move but mot as much , as it its not so much a design feature just something that happens

I 've not read the regs but from the pics it's obvious red bull and ferrari are way lower than this.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8872761.stm

McLaren believe the wings contravene a rule that says the front wing has to stay 85mm above the lowest part of the body of the car, the underbody 'plank'.

"At the moment if you look at the front wing endplates they have to be 85mm above the bottom of the plank," Whitmarsh said.

"It's difficult for us to imagine how with any form of linear deflection you can be in any danger of those [endplates] hitting the ground.

"Obviously there are [cars with] endplates that have skids, which would suggest they are making contact with the ground.

nothing can stop a driver being told in his ear 5 minutes before he gets into the car that he has to let his team mate pass in certain situations.
how about if each team only had one car and there were more teams?

that would be a long pits if more teams were added!

Lap 15: under safety car

Then carnage in the pit lane

Rosberg wheel comes off in the pit lane and he pulls out
All the mechanics dodge the bouncing wheel

Renault lollipop fella is distracted by the wheel
Renault's Kubica pulls out in to the incoming of Sutil in Force India in the next pit lane
the force India pit crew pumping up their chests giving it large at Renault's crew.

Well done to the Sauber crew for staying calm when a Mercedes wheel was hurtling towards them!

I won't be surprised if Mercedes get a huge penalty for that.
Rememeber Renault were nearly suspended for Singapore cause of Alonso's tyre!

Outstanding race by Webber. Really happy for him. Vettel wants to grab a bigger dummy and try to settle down to sleep. And yes, Schumacher should be banned if he is going to keep up his currennt form of trying to kill people.
