no they are both quick, quite possibly on a parr now.
To an extent the track helped them. They are certainly not 0.7 quicker then the McLaren; just that the circuit did not suit the McLaren car and they lost a hell of alot of setup time thanks to hamiltons excursions on Friday. In the race the mclarens opted for a low downforce package, which meant they weren't as quick in the corners and could only challenge on the straight.
Ferrari have adopted the blown diffuser and are using it like the redbulls, ie, they always have a constant pressure blowing from the exhausts even off throttle; this is why they are similar in qualy; but in terms of race pace i was quite surprised how quick the ferraris had become.
