« on: 04 March 2009, 19:26 »
Installed vag com today, connected to the car and started a scan, it found 1 problem something to do with the coolent sensor being implausable signal LOL, carried on scanning then it suddenly stopped saying i needed a activation code ?

Not sure why it did that ?

yebut its most likely the shareware version NOT the full version which means you can only scan certain modules hence why it probably asked for an activation code

you can buy a license for the software you got for $99, for the official lead and updated software IIRC its $400  :undecided:

Shareware can scan all modules, but not using autoscan. If you select autoscan it will only scan the first 3.

If you select the modules individually you can scan all of them, just take a bit longer doing it all seperatly

Shareware doesn't allow you to change setting in adaptations though so no beeps  or autolocks
