Front Strut Brace
« on: 16 February 2009, 10:27 »
So anyone running a front strut brace?

Am i right in thinking that the point of the strut brace is to stiffen the front end up? I guess when would be the right time to consider this? Does it depend on what setup you ahve at teh moment pwer etc ?

Stops the suspension turrets flexing when cornering hard etc will make a difference to even a standard car mate will obviously make more of a differnce when combined with other mods such as suspension, anti roll bars etc.

Yes, both the lower & upper S3 braces are a direct fit, but you will need to drill 3 x 10mm holes in each turret for the upper brace.

The holes are already in place for the lower one, so that goes in in 5 mins, LOL.
