They look genuine to me, it may just be the photo which makes them look more bling!

Reps are usually 45 offset and these are listed as 51, so I'd say genuine. How they have been refurbed may be up for debate though :undecided:

just made a best offer on the ones on the bay of £400...and to my shock it was accepted! Sh1t, have I made a foxes paw? The other seller above wouldn't sell the rims only, I didn't need the rubber and really have no room to store them.

Don't know if it's possible to get out of the purchase? still.... I do want some bbs monzas  think I will go for it, however I am worried about just how well these have been refurbished.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THEM FROM HIM!!!

Thats the guy i purchased my monzas from, if you can remember i posted a thread about my monzas with the black inserts, he will contact you asking for immediate payment then ask if you want grey inserts or black THEY ARE FAKE!!

I tried numerous times but he refused to tell the truth and still says they are genuine after VW insepected mine they said overall they are very good copies and made in Germany but are not genuine monza2s.

Ive contacted Ebay as he is stating they are a genuien article even putting BBS in his advert!!

Im currently selling mine for £375 with nearly new tires on!

Oooh that's  a real con if they are'nt genuine

Ask him for photos of the rear of the wheels showing the ET No.,  BBS No. and VW Part Number which are engraved on the back of the wheel if genuine ... if he can't provide these then I think you can quite legitimatley back out of the deal and report him for misleading you, as LaserBlue says.

These are what genuine ones look like (nos. may be slightly different as some of these photos are 17" Monzas but you get the style)  :
