Got a photo of that lambda install?

It sounds like your asking for niche porn...

I imagine you to be rubbing your thighs "Vic Reves stylee" whilst asking that.

MAP  has braded hose on the original install its 110cm long  goes from TB  or comes off the vaccume pipe for the brake servo ( before the 1 way valve )

HC  really shoudl be very low
all the VW's have gone bar 1.

Took it to someone to have a look at today, hes rather baffled too and couldn't believe how bad the flat spot was. went on the motorway to get there big mistake couldn't get above 55mph so had to come off at the first junction. Danny p you know that green and red wire we spoke about is this deffinatly in the right place. (ECU pin 7 which is the ignition switch start signal).

Also I had to cut this wire bellow to remove loom from the toledo not sure whether its related?
F
1 - Red/blk- starter motor pin 50
\- red - starter/inhibator & reverse switch pin 1 (A/T)
4 - brn - earth (location 85)
5 - red/grn- Digifant ECU pin 1
6 - blk/red- reverse light switch (M/T) or starter/inhibator & reverse switch pin 6 (A/T) (fuse #14)
7 - blk/blu- reverse light switch (M/T) or starter/inhibator & reverse switch pin 2 (A/T)
9 - grn - TCI Unit (US 9a 2.0 16V MK2

MAP is all connected even changed the fuel pump today and re-checked the timing no change

Could the fuel 'return to tank' pipe be kinked or blocked, preventing the fuel from returning and thus over fuelling the engine? I don't know much about Kjet yet, so it's just a thought. If the engine has been swapped, then maybe a pipe got damaged in the process. :undecided:
