ive just done the nurberg ring on grande turismo 4  in an 8 valve mk3 9mins 40 secs i went of track a few times tho and i feel that in real life the track wont be so forgiving and if i could do it in under 10mins in my mk2 8v id be more than pleased.....Jezza done it in a deisel jag and some bird done it in a tranny van so theres hope for all of us....
f**k lemans... drive to germany check out wolfburg museum spend the weekend spanking the old girls on track, big piss up and drive home in 1 big convoy..........perfect

hey sidecarp didnt i read in 1 of your posts that you were in norway or something hence the 200k how far is nurburg ring from southampton or better still dover? oh and nice motor think i read you project profile.

Convoy to the 'ring sounds good.  Could do with suggestions about costs, camping/accomodation, best time of year etc
