Its hard to explain, but I'll give it a go. As well as opening the mounting holes up slightly I found that if you engaged the corner of the new intake into the center of the opening it fits in then slide it along to its correct position it will fit no problem. I hope this makes sense if not sorry for confusing anybody :smiley:

yea this is how I got it to slide in, then just put longer screws in and its sorted, not much movment at all. also it feels like its putting even more power down now than it did when i first installed it, also the psssshhhhht boost noise has become even louder now  :evil:

It looks far better then the OEM intake, so you reckon longer bolts then, what size we talking.
