Spoke to Pulman Durham last week and they said they wouldn't be able to just map it. They'd do the cat back exhaust and an air filter as well for £1500. Is that a good price? I'd like to have just the map done if possible.

they're having you on there.

they can do the stage 1 package or do it in sections

i did mine myself using bluefin, milltek non resonated cat back (same as VWR they use just different tail pipes) and a panel filter and all in it was about £900 so cheaper do do it yourself really

Mkviken, but you did not buy the vwr premium taxed package with the certificate and free fitting.
Think vwr now use ITG panel filter and Revo map in their kit now.

Free fitting! They wanted £650 for VWR springs fitted! What a joke.

Yeah I think it is ITG they use. I got a pipercross one but TBH a panel filter Make little or no difference anyway. They charge something daft like £90 for it.

Not sure which map they use now. Heard different things on forums etc but the lad at Pulman the other day said  they did superchips?

if it was me... i would go to someone who knows about the engine you are remapping.

on here the doc and r-tech would get my vote. cant beat a custom map for your own car. much better than going with the genric likes of revo/superchips etc etc  :nerd:

Atleast with these guys you get full support after you have paid your monies, rather than passed on to a head office
