Wouldn't bother me at all, very strong engines at the best of times, bought mine with 141k on the clock, it's now got 194k on the clock, we've replaced everything as part of the restore apart from the engine/gearbox, no issues and no dramas, used it daily between Sep 04 > Sep 07.

Go and have a look at it, look at the panels, gaps, drive it, feel the gearbox and listen to the engine, if the vibe is good then take the gamble.

Better to have a car with a high mileage that shows its been used and probably had bits replaced than a car with low mileage. Cars are meant to be driven after all... low mileage cars are probably those cars that either dont get used, or the old lady drives them for 1/2 a mile to the shops. Not good for a car at all...
